Gerald Wayne White

Gerald Wayne White 83 of Krugerville, Texas passed away July 10, 2017 at Medical Center in Denton Texas. Graveside Service will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco, Texas officiated by Reverend Jim White under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home in Cisco, Texas.

Gerald was born August 25, 1933 in Crescent, Oklahoma to parents James Franklin and Nellie Verona (Moffit) White.  He was a graduate of Capitol Hill High School in Oklahoma and attended the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK. Gerald was a Veteran of the U S Air Force and a member of the First Baptist Church of Krugerville, Texas. On May 22, 1976 he married Julie (McCanlies) in Rockwall, Texas. He worked as a supervisor in materials management

Having worked for AT&T. Gerald loved to play golf, go on road trips with Julie, fish for trout in Ruidoso and to teach Nicholas anything he could.

Gerald is survived by his loving family: Julie, Julianne, John, Nicholas, Jill, Laverne and Ed, Jim and Willa, Carolyn and John, John and Linda, Pat and Betty. Numerous nieces and nephews and many loving friends.
