Beryle Jo (Travis) Wheeler

Beryle Jo Wheeler 92 of Midland formerly of Cisco, Texas was called home to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, October 2, 2019. Graveside Service will be Saturday 2:00 P.M. at Hamlin Memorial Cemetery. She will lie in state at Kimbrough Funeral Home Friday for viewing.

Jo was born September 7, 1927 in Ringgold, Texas to Gus and Mabel (Evans) Travis. She graduated from Hamlin High School and attended Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. On October 27, 1948 she married Fred Wheeler Sr. in Lovington New Mexico. He preceded her in death on August 6, 2002. Fred and Jo owned and operated Wheeler Floral in McCamey, Texas and Philpott Florist in Cisco for many years. Jo retired in 1987. Jo was a member of the First Methodist Church in Cisco, Texas.

Survivors are a son Fred Wheeler Jr. and wife Desiree, Grandchildren; Stacey Ramirez and husband Pat, Aaron Wheeler, Jeremy Wheeler, Joshua Wheeler, Kassie Fulbright and husband Dax, Josh Kea and wife Jenie.  Sixteen Great grandchildren and Seven Great Great Grandchildren.

Memorials have been requested to Friends at the Library, Midland, Texas.
