Dorris Lee (Watson) Walton

Dorris Lee Walton 97 of Cisco passed away April 17, 2017. Funeral Service will be 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 19,2017 at First Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Kelvin J. Kelley. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home. Visitation with family and friends will be Tuesday evening 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Dorris was born November 16, 1919 in Jayton, Texas to parents Emery Edward Watson and Grace Emily (Warren). She was a seamstress having worked at Boss Manufacturing for many years and also at Russell Newman in Cisco. Dorris was a great cook and homemaker and served on the benevolent committee at First Baptist Church. She married William Pitt Walton he preceded her in death September 8, 1981. She was also preceded by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Survivors are a daughter; Peggy Ledbetter and husband Ronnie of Cisco. Sons: Joe Walton and wife Linda of Cisco and Ronnie Walton and wife Anita also of Cisco.

Sister: Eva Davis and husband Dalton of Fort Worth, TX. Grandchildren: Christian Ledbetter and wife Tammy of Fort Worth, TX. Dusty Walton and wife Alexis of Cisco,

Traci Beyer and husband Scott of Abilene, TX., James Ledbetter and wife Tammi of Brownwood, TX., Shane Cupps and wife Angie of Plano, TX.

Great Grandchildren: Megan Ledbetter, Mindi Ledbetter, Avery Walton, Emmalee Beyer, Zach Beyer, Jacob Ledbetter, Ella Ledbetter, Hannah Cupps and Grace Cupps.
