Frances Lou (McKeen) Bisbee

 Frances Lou (McKeen) Bisbee 79, of Abilene, Texas passed away October 13, 2019.Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday October 16, 2019 at Kimbrough Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Reverend Kelly Cozart.  Burial will follow at Mitchell Cemetery in Cisco under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday before service time at the funeral home.

 Frances was born September 11, 1940 in Baird, Texas to parents Reed and Esther Naomi (Spradling) McKeen. At 6 weeks old the family moved to Cisco where she attended elementary school and was a graduate of Cisco High School.

On August 15, 1975 she married Bobbie Ray Bisbee in Cisco, Texas. Frances was employed by Walmart as a department manager in retail sales. She was an avid crafter and a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband Bobbie Ray Bisbee of Abilene, Texas. Her children; James Carr of Midland, Mark and Misun Carr of Williamsburg, Virginia, Brandon Bisbee of Midland, Texas, Robert and Paula Bisbee of Bronson, Texas, Mark and Rhonda Chamness of Midland, Texas, Billy and Janet Bisbee of Baird, Texas, Paul and Trish Gray of Eastland, Texas and Rayford and Debrah Bisbee of San Angelo, Texas. Grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

Frances was preceded by her parents; Reed and Esther McKeen of Cisco and a sister Marge Rector of Lubbock, Texas.
