Larry Dale Chadwick Sr

On the afternoon of June 4th, 2019 Larry (Dale) Chadwick, Sr.  left this world to enter into the arms of The Savior.

Dale was born to Robert Chadwick and Bettye (Smith) Maples on March 5th, 1956 in Fox Hollow, Tennessee.

He grew up in Tennessee and moved to Texas as an adult.  He met Norma Jean Duncan of Cisco, Texas and the two were married on December 6th, 1980 at Gospel Assembly Church.  Together they had three children: Larry Jr., Jeanalea, and Joshua.  

Dale was a devout man of God and a member of Victory Assembly church in Cisco.  He pastored Victory Assembly from 2014 – 2018.  He loved Jesus above all else.  His family was his pride and joy.  He loved his wife and children, but his grandchildren were the light of his life.

He was everyone’s “PawPaw” and “Pop” to many others.

He was preceded in death by his Father & Step-Mother, Robert & Nellie Chadwick of Dover, Tennessee.

He is survived by: Mother and Step-father Bettye and Cecil Maples of Cisco; His Wife Norma Chadwick of Cisco; Son Larry and wife Stephanie Chadwick of Eastland; Daughter Jeanalea and husband Brandon Moore of Cisco; Son Joshua Chadwick of Cisco; Former Daughter-in-Love Verna Chadwick of Cisco; Grandchildren: Charles Stephens, Briley Chadwick, and Adelia Moore all of Cisco; Mother-In-Law Loretta Duncan of Cisco, Texas; Siblings: Judith Page of Dover, Tennessee; William and wife Suzy Chadwick of Erin, Tennessee; many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and a church family nation-wide.

Visitation will be Friday, June 7th – 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Kimbrough Funeral Home.

His Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 8th, at 2 p.m. at his home church of Victory Assembly.

Interment will be held at Mitchell Cemetery.
