Laverne Louise (Reich) Plambeck

Laverne Louise Plambeck 94 of Cisco went to be with her Lord and Savior March 20, 2018.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Friday March 23, 2018 at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Cisco, Texas officiated by Reverend Keith Reich and Reverend Daniel Trempala under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Redeemer Lutheran Cemetery on CR 169 in Cisco. The family will receive friends Thursday evening 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Kimbrough Funeral Home.

Laverne was born on April 3, 1923 to Herman Daniel and Emma Pauline (Stroebel) Reich in Cisco, Texas. She attended school in Cisco and graduated from Cisco High School in 1940 and from Cisco Junior College on May 31, 1944. Laverne was a homemaker and a long-time member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.

Survivors are a daughter Carolyn Grimes and husband Albert of Spring, Texas. Son, Victor Plambeck of Cisco. Granddaughter, Dr. Misti Gibson and husband Dr. Grant Gibson of Spring, Texas., and Lori Wheatley and husband Tyler also of Spring, Texas. Great Grandchildren; Luke Gibson and Logan Gibson, Kendall Wheatley and Claire Wheatley.

Laverne was preceded in death by her parents Herman Daniel and Emma Pauline Reich and a son Park Plambeck.

Pallbearers will be Robert Reich, Roland Stroebel, Loren Stroebel, Donald Wende, Justin Odom and John Gerhardt. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe and Mary Ann Ziehr, Ralph Berry and Edward (Buddy) Wende.
