Vicky Ann Taggart 69 of Lubbock passed away on September 27, 2019. Graveside Service will be Thursday, October 3, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Mitchell Cemetery in Cisco, Texas under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home. Vicky was born August 10, 1950 to William Troy and Betty Jo (Snyder) Brothers in Albany, Texas. Vicky worked as a Medical Records Clerk in the healthcare profession. She was a Baptist. Left to cherish her memory is a son Mike Morris of Lubbock, Texas. Daughters: Sheila Kuhn and husband Shane of Lubbock, and Sherri Winstead and husband Daniel of Spokane, Washington. Brother: Bill Brothers of Amarillo, Texas and Stephen Brothers and wife Sherry of Chesapeake, Virginia. Granddaughter: Macy Crouse and husband Jake of Ankeny, Iowa. Grandsons: Ian Meier of Cedar Rapids Iowa, Matthew Winstead and Seth Winstead of Spokane, Washington. Great Grandchildren: Eleanor and Wallace Crouse. Vicky was preceded by her mother Betty Jo and a sister Teresa Hays.
