Allen (Al) Senterfitt

Allen (Al) Senterfitt of Cisco went to be with the Lord Friday, August 4, 2023, at the age of 76.

Allen was born February 1, 1947 in Fort Worth to Reuben Jack and Willie Pearl Allen Senterfitt.  He graduated from Cisco High School and attended Cisco College. He married Twila Clark July 20, 1968 in Cisco. He worked in the oil and gas industry for 20 years for Mitchell Energy.   He retired from Burgess Manning. 

He was an avid fisherman, who loved people and most of all loved God.  Although intimidating in stature, Al was a big teddy bear.  He loved animals and the Cisco Loboes.

Al was preceded in death by his parents, sister Cynthia Finch and brothers Robert Staton and Randy Honea.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Twila; daughters Mandi Lowe and husband Jason of Cisco, Misti Ivie and husband Bill of Cleburne and Marci Whitney and husband Calvin of Graham; grandchildren Roman and Marlee Ivie, Kris Kodilanen, Kaylee Whitney, and Jaslee Lowe; brothers Donald Staton and wife Chris and Ross Honea; sister Lesa Stacy and husband Van; brothers-in-law Larry Campbell and Jerry Finch; sister-in-law Janice Clark Kimbrough; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.

Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 PM Monday, August 7, 2023 at Kimbrough-Jacobs Funeral Home.  Services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, August 8, 2023 at Cisco Church of Christ with Lee Lewis and Larry Fitzgerald officiating.  The family will hold a private burial at Romney Cemetery.
