Betty Lou (Green) Hanegan

Betty Hanegan 87, of Cisco was called to her Eternal home to be with her Lord and Savior on May 27, 2021. Graveside Service will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, May 30, 2021 at Sabanno Cemetery.

Betty was born July 19, 1933 in Stanton Texas to Gerald (Shorty) Green and Lena Mae Carr.

She married Billy Ray Pritchard and had three children. After Bill passed away, she married Lee Hanegan, gained 3 step children and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a stay-at-home mom until her children were on their own then she worked at Oil States Rubber plant, Reynolds Window Factory, and the Cisco ISD driving the school bus. Other than her love for God and raising her family her greatest love was all the babies in her life. Everyone knew her as Nanny and she would introduce herself as such when she first met someone new. We can only imagine what a joyous reunion happened on May, 27, 2021.

Survivors are her children Cody Pritchard and wife Lori, Donna Stevens and husband David, and Sam Honea and husband Randy. 29 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Floyd Green, Lena Stansel, Paul Green a twin sister, sister in law Billy Prichard Liles, and her husbands Billy Ray Pritchard and Lee Hanegan.
