Billy Homer Mauldin

Billy Homer Mauldin of Cisco left this life Sunday, June 14, 2026, at the age of 74.

Billy was born November 15, 1951 in Del Rio to Homer and Laverne Tickner Mauldin. He served in the United States Navy for a time and worked in the fiber optics field.

He was a jack of all trades, enjoyed carpentry, cooking and fitness.  He loved animals.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Westley and Thelma Tickner, parents Homer and Laverne Mauldin, brother Mike Mauldin and sister Pat Harpool.

He is survived by his children Rachel (Mauldin) Muzyka and husband Marcus of Montgomery and Randall Gene Mauldin and Life Partner Nadya Cortez of San Antonio. He is also survived by his granddaughters, all of Montgomery.
