Chuck Henry, 58, of Cisco, passed away on November 12, 2022, in Abilene, Texas. He worked for EBAA Iron for almost 25 years as a Computer Programmer/Network Administrator before switching gears and becoming the Administrator for the Assembly of Yahweh (7th day) in Rising Star. He was also an Elder and Assistant Pastor.
A graveside service will be 11 a.m. on Tuesday, at the Romney Cemetery and a Memorial will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the Assembly of Yahweh across from the cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa, their daughter Katrina (Nathan) Stubbs, four grandchildren, Copelyn, Adam, Denver & David. He is also survived by two sisters, Sherry (Kenneth) McKinney of Port Charlotte, Florida and Pamela (Sam) Connell of Cedarville, Arkansas.
Chuck loved his family. He was always making sure that his wife, daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren were always taken care of. He was multi-talented. Whatever he put his mind to do, he did with all his heart. Sometimes he would stay up all night long to learn a new song they were playing in the band. Other times he would be deep into Bible study, trying to get a better understanding of what the scriptures were conveying that he didn’t quite understand and that would keep him up for hours, day after day. He loved people and the opportunity to serve in whatever compacity required. He was a good speaker, but also a good listener. He was very comforting to those who needed comfort and very giving to those in need. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Open Door 906 TX HW 206 Cisco, TX 76437
