Corene Rae (Ries) Miller

Corene Rae Miller of Eastland passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at the age of 75.  She was born May 21, 1948 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, to Kenneth and Leona Gabel Ries.

Corene was known for her upbeat personality and her caring and understanding for everyone.  She always had a smile on her face and loved to laugh.

She is survived by her husband, Rex Miller, her son Travis Hazlett, and many friends at the Woodlands in Eastland, where she and Rex lived out their final days together.

Corene's wishes were to be cremated. A celebration of her life will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at the Woodlands.
