Daniel Earl Mount Sr. 73 of Cross Plains, Texas passed away January 20, 2020 at Eastland Nursing and Rehab in Eastland, Texas with his family at his side. As per his wishes he will be cremated. A memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Daniel was born November 23, 1946 in Goodland Kansas to William Earl Mount and Myrtle Fay White. His occupation was being a painter.

He is survived by his children; Tammy Harvell and husband Brad of Cisco, Texas and Daniel Earl Mount Jr. and wife Rita of Crescent City California. Grandchildren; William Harvell and wife Courtney of Cisco, Michael Harvell of Cisco, Daniel Russell Mount, Lucretia Harvell and Ashley Marie Mount of Crescent City, California. Nephews; William Earl Dye of Susanville California, and Robert Earl Dye of Cisco. Aunt; Geneva Byrd of Arkansas and Bessie Ann Dobson of Houston, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
