Darrell Lynn Stuart

Darrell Lynn Stuart 56 of Cisco was called to his Eternal home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday July 18, 2022. Darrell was born July 4, 1966 in Eastland, Texas to Edwin Darrell and Sandra Kay (Eudy) Stuart. On August 20, 1988 he married Mary Ann (Cox) in Cisco, Texas.  During Darrell’s life he was a son, Brother, Husband, Dad, Papa and Friend. His hobbies and passions included but are not limited to: fishing, hiking, hunting, camping, carpentry, talking, coaching, gardening, and playing games such as 42 and Chess.

Darrell enjoyed spending time on the family ranch, tending to his cows, chickens, and especially all of his goats and sheep. Some of his favorite adventures were vacations in the Colorado Mountains and Family gatherings at Fort Griffin. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Cisco, Texas. He worked for A T & T for 25 years. His ultimate dream was to retire and start new adventures with his wife.

Darrell is survived by his parents Ed and Sandra Stuart, wife of 33 years Mary Ann Stuart, their children Brittney Bentley and her husband Matthew, Tori Hastings and her husband Vegas, Hannah Black and her husband Hagen, and Jana Siemers.
 Four grandchildren: Katelyn Bentley, Terrell Hastings, Emma Bentley and Barry Hastings. He is also survived by his brother Scott Stuart and his wife Kristy, and nephew Bryan Stuart. There are also numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Darrell will be missed but never forgotten; longed for and always loved.

Visitation with Family and Friends will be Saturday evening 5:00 P.M.to 7:00 P.M. at Kimbrough Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, July 24, 2022 at the I-20 Church of Christ officiated by Ken Cebrun, Howard Stovall and Lee Lewis. Burial will be at Mitchell Cemetery.

The family request donations be made to Lake Cisco Christian Camp or Mitchell Baptist Cemetery.
