David Stanton Bloomingdale, 70, of Navasota died early Saturday morning in his home. Funeral services will be Tuesday November 17th, 2020 at Kimbrough Funeral Home, Cisco, TX with Jolynn Davis minister of the First United Methodist Church presiding. Burial will follow in Oakwood cemetery with military honors.
He was born December 7th, 1949 in Barstow California. He was the son of William and Bernice Burg (Folhr) Bloomingdale. He graduated from high school in Billings Montana and later received a bachelors degree. David was a district manager optical provider for Walmart. David served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and the Lutheran Church. He is married to the former Linda Lee Foster.
He is survived by his wife Linda of Navasota, and sister-in-law Doris Sumrow of Kingswood, TX, a nephew James Sumrow II and wife Darlene of Humble, TX, a niece Belinda Sumrow of Kingswood, TX Great nieces and nephews Heather Williams, Heath Sumrow, Beau Sumrow, Vicki Krensavage, Jan Howard, Wade Krensavage, Ross Krensavage and several Great great nieces and nephews.
