Dueana Kathalene (Patton) Berryman

Dueana Kathalene Berryman, age 78, of Cisco, Tx, passed away peacefully in her home, Wednesday, July 22, 2020. She was born in Whitt, Tx. to Clyde and Otella Patton. On September 17, 1957, she married Donald Roy Berryman. They had 5 children. Dueana had many musical talents. She played the accordion for years but became an extremely accomplished piano player. She played the piano for many activities, professionally, as she was growing up. In later years, she spent many sacrificing nights & days playing the piano & organ for church singing groups, weddings, funerals. She lived a Christian life with high standards. Clyde Patton, a renown Pentecost preacher, was her father so she grew up in church loving people and trying to be pleasing in God’s eyes. She also worked many years cleaning houses to supplement the income with 5 kids. Don & Dueana were married for 60 years. Her husband Don passed July 26, 2020.

The surviving family would like to express our thanks to Solaris Hospice and Kindred Hospice for their wonderful help and care.

Also, thanks to all her church family for their prayers and love.

Dueana is survived by her children: Damon Berryman & wife Cathy, Donna Berryman, Darla Schull & husband Billy and Daland Berryman.

12 Grandchildren: Lance, Logan, & Landon Afshar, Savannah Koroch, Damon J Berryman & Deanna Willis, Josh Rankin & Charlene Ashley, Chelsea Bond, Ashlea Keen, Tiffani Fann, Danielle Strange

Dueana was preceded in death by daughter, Deronna Kay Berryman, & husband, Donald Roy Berryman.

Memorial services will be private, due to complying with the Covid-19 epidemic, and will be immediate family only. Services will be officiated by Bro. Dennis McClure, pastor of the Old Gospel Church.

Possible memorial services for friends will be held in honor of Dueana at a later date & time.
