Edith Pauline (Cate) Rodgers

Edith Pauline Rodgers 76, of Cisco entered into the waiting arms of Jesus November 29, 2021.

Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to Kimbrough Funeral Home of Cisco. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.

Edith was born August 31,1945 in Gorman, Texas to R.D. Cate and Wilma (Skinner) Cate. She was a graduate of Gorman Schools. Edith married Lee Rodgers on September 22, 1966 in Ahoskie, North Carolina. She was a housewife and homemaker and a member of Buel Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memories are her husband Lee Rodgers of Cisco, Texas. One son Billy Rodgers and wife Kim of Cisco, Grandson; Cole Rodgers of Cleburne, Texas and a granddaughter Halie Rodgers of Cisco, Texas. One great grandchild; Hunter Grace Farley of Cisco, Texas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant daughter and one son Joey Rodgers.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday December 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Mangum Baptist Church of Eastland with Reverend Dwayne Clower officiating.
