Howard Adkins

Washington Howard (W.H.) Adkins 99, of Mesquite, Texas passed from this life on November 16, 2018. W.H. was born May 24, 1919 in Forrest City, Arkansas to Ora Howell and Bertha (Boyt) Adkins. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II and was discharged from Camp Gordon Johnston in Tallahassee Florida. W.H. worked for Amoco Production Services for 35 years as a production supervisor.

W.H. married Ernestine in Yuma Arizona June 10, 1942. She preceded him in death October 17, 2003. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors are a son Tom Adkins of San Diego, CA.

Private burial service was held on Sunday at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco, Texas.
