James Randall "Randy" Rust

James Randall (Randy) Rust, 69, of Cisco went to be with his Heavenly Father Tuesday, April 9, 2024. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Corinth Baptist Cemetery between Cisco and Eastland Texas.


Randy was born March 23, 1955 in Kermit Texas to Elmer Wallace “EW” Rust and Jessie Dorece (Hammond) Rust.  Randy graduated from Cisco High School in 1973. He attended Cisco Junior College, and graduated from Abilene Commercial College in senior accounting. He married Caren JoAnn (Stroebel) Rust on January 1, 1975 .



Randy was preceded in death by his mother Jessie Dorece Rust. 

Randy is survived by his father, Elmer "EW", a son Aaron Rust and wife Julie of New Mexico,  a daughter Bridget Ponce and husband Abraham of Cisco, a sister Elaine (Rust) Robertson and husband Richard “Tree” Robertson of Cisco, grandchildren Annika Rust, KK Roberson, Cooper Rust, Harper Rust & Mason Rust.
