Jan (Wallace) Carlile

Janice( Jan) LaJuan Carlile 80, of Abilene was called to her Eternal home to be with her Lord and Savior January 28, 2021. Graveside Service will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Oakwood Cemetery, 200 Front Street, officiated by Chaplin David Stevens, Internment under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home in Cisco, Texas.

Jan was born June 15, 1940 to Wayne Glen and Wanda Sue (Childers) Wallace in Cisco, Texas. Jan was a graduate of Cisco High School. She worked as a medical secretary for Lubbock Orthopedic Associates. Jan married her high school sweetheart, John Howard Carlile Jr. on September 26, 1959 in Cisco, Texas at the Presbyterian Church.

Survivors are her husband John of Abilene, Texas. Daughters; and JDana Lindley and husband Tom of Abilene, Texas and Jena Moore and husband Curt of Bixby, Oklahoma. Sister; Rhonda Benton and husband Jim of Abilene, Texas. Brother; Don Wallace and Brenda Jenkins of Nashville, TN. Grandchildren; Alex McClure and Marshal of Abilene, Will Lindley and Janellys of Abilene, Livi Lindley of Abilene, Texas. Great Grandchildren; Gabriel and Theo Lindley. Cousin; Sue Fitchett and numerous other cousins, nieces and nephews.
