Jean (Bailey) Posey

Eldis Jean Posey, 90, of Cisco made her way to Heaven late Friday evening March 8, 2019. Jean was born March 26, 1928 in the Scranton Community of Eastland County Texas. She was the Daughter of James Bennett and Grace Eldis (Allen) Bailey. Jean Attended School in Scranton and on August 10, 1945 she married Edwin Drue (Ed) Posey the marriage lasted until January 6 of this year when Ed passed away. They were married for 74 years. Jean was a housewife and mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Great Great Grandmother.

Survivors include daughters: Brenda Reed of Irving, Andrea Seabourn of Cisco, Carla Posey of Cisco, Sons; Robby Posey of Irving, Curt Posey of Cisco, and Shane Posey also of Cisco. Grand children are Brad Reed, Danny Reed, Franky Seabourn, David Seabourn Brandon Munoz. Nathan Posey, Matt Posey, Corey Collins, Jeremy Posey, Bailey Posey, Jenna Martin, Josh Posey, and Jinger Posey. 9 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Monday at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco. Visitation with the family will be Sunday 5PM until 7 PM at Kimbrough Funeral Home in Cisco. The Family suggests memorials to Cisco Cemetery Association P.O. box 67 Cisco, Texas 76437
