Joan (Ravenscraft) Howell

Joan Howell, 82, of Cisco passed from this life Wednesday February 21, 2018. Joan was born October 18, 1935 in the Bronx; New York the Daughter of James E and Gerta Hildur (Lindfelt) Ravencraft Sr. Joan was employed as an office manager for Shell Oil in Houston until she retired and moved to Cisco with her husband Kenneth Gayle (Diz) Howell who preceded her in death March 14, 2013. She was a member of the Cisco Civic League and the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ. Survivors include her Special Friend Debra Elam of Cisco a Brother in Law Fred Howell and wife Janet her Friends and her Companion Peanuts Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday February 23, 2018 in the Kimbrough Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplin Tim Martin officiating. Burial in Oakwood Cemetery will be private due to weather conditions.
