Lola Mae (McKinney) Wende

Lola Mae Wende of Cisco left this life Sunday, May 4, 2025, at the age of 95.

Lola was born March 28, 1930 in Putnam to James Hollis and Fannie Mae Graves McKinney. 

She was a stay at home mom and a housewife. She loved working in her flower beds, baking and quilting.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands Wallace Simpson and Edward Wende, daughter Judy Simpson, sisters Loretta Donham and Elizabeth McKinney and brother Wilburn McKinney.

Survivors include granddaughter Staci Shults, great-granddaughter Tatum Love, great great-granddaughter Gypsy Smith and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 7, 2025, in the Kimbrough-Jacobs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery.
