Richard Allen Horne

Richard Allen Horne, 71, of Cisco passed from this life Saturday, November 21, in Eastland.  Richard was born May 8, 1949 in Snow Lake, Arkansas.  Son of Cecil D. and Freida (Leslie) Horne.  He attended schools in Snow Lake, Arkansas but left before graduation to join the US Army.  Where he served in Germany, after his release he was employed as a truck driver for many years and various other occupations.

He was married Carol February 21, 1976 in Colorado Springs.  She preceded him in death in 2016. 

Survivors include a brother Harvey Horne, two sisters, Joyce Reed of Helena, Arkansas and Betty Chavez of Belen, New Mexico, grandsons Alex Bannowsky of Odessa, Bret Bush of Cisco and Ricky Reynolds of Odessa.  Great granddaughters Madison Howeth, Lauren Bannowsky, and Chloe Bush.  Great grandsons Wyatt Bannowsky,  and a great great grandson Hudson Howeth. 

Burial will be a graveside service, Wednesday November 25, 2020 in the Nimrod Cemetery with Military honors.
