Roberto Frias Escovedo

Roberto Frias Escovedo 76, of Cisco entered into his heavenly home on July 5, 2021. Roberto was born March 25, 1945 in Marfa, Texas to Jose and Carmen (Frias) Escovedo.  He worked in highway road construction. Roberto married Ester Gonzales May 2, 1965 at Fort Davis, Texas. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Cisco, Texas and a member of the Knight of Columbus Council 2123. Roberto was also a very devoted fan of the Cisco Loboes. Roberto and Ester were married for 56 Years.

Left to cherish his memories are his wife Ester of Cisco, one son, Billy Escovedo and wife Terisa of Lake Horn, Mississippi. Grandchildren, Jasmine Escovedo, Mario Escovedo and Josiah Escovedo. Great Granddaughter, Kylee Escovedo. Sisters, Frances Alvarado of Cisco and Catarino Escobedo of Seminole, Texas.

Roberto was preceded by his parents Jose and Carmen Escovedo, two brothers; Jesus (Tiny) Escovedo and Jose Escovedo Jr., and one sister; Carmen Gallegos.

Visitation and Rosary Service will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Thursday evening July 8, 2021 at Kimbrough Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. ViJaya Mareedu.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 9, 2021 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Cisco, Texas. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco, Texas.
