Ronald Eugene Sims

Ronald Eugene Sims 70, of Eastland, Texas entered into his heavenly home on November 15, 2021. Ronald was born in Bassett, Arkansas on May 13, 1951 to Murrie Eugene Sims and Lila Mae (Stewart) Sims. He was a Dyess High School graduate and was a retired self-employed automotive mechanic.

Survivors are his wife Jane of Eastland, Texas. One son Ronald Eugene Sims Jr and wife Katy of Stephenville, Texas. Two grandchildren Ronin and Jayton Sims of Stephenville, Texas.
Brothers: Larry Sims and wife Mary of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Billy Sims and wife Glenda of Keiser, Arkansas, Douglas Sims and wife Linda of Dyess, Arkansas, Tommy Sims and wife Kim of Lepanto Arkansas, Anthony Sims and wife Linda of Crawfordsville, Arkansas and Rickey Sims of Truman, Arkansas.
Sisters: Debbie Joyce Eubanks of Blytheville, Arkansas, Martha Hardiman  of Priceville, Alabama, Jearl Dean Spencer and husband Ray of Payneway,Arkansas, Ruby Leveritt and husband Bill of Osceola, Arkansas
And Kathaleen Crockett and husband James of Ocoee, Florida.
Several nieces and nephews.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, one brother David Sims and one son Eric Wayne Sims.

Visitation with family and friends will be 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Tuesday evening November 16, 2021 at Kimbrough Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Kimbrough Funeral Chapel officiated by Michael Herrell. Burial will follow at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco under the direction of Kimbrough Funeral Home.
