Vernon Ray Foster

Vernon Ray Foster 81, of Cisco entered into his heavenly home May 2, 2021.

Graveside service will be 10:00 A.M. Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco, Texas. Visitation will be Wednesday evening 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Kimbrough Funeral Home.

Vernon was born October 6, 1939 to Emmett Plural and Mildred Frances (Jones) Foster in Scranton, Texas. Vernon attended school in Scranton and graduated from Scranton High School. He was a self- employed farmer and rancher and enjoyed going to the coffee shop daily to visit with friends.

Vernon married Lynda La’Nell Pippen October 22, 1961 in Cisco, Texas.

Survivors are Lynda Foster of Cisco, TX., Children: Cynthia DeHoyos and husband Mark of Hawley, TX., Craig Foster of Cisco, TX.

Sister: Frances Fuller of Waxahachie, TX.

Sister-in-law Judy Singleton and husband Kenneth of Palo Pinto, Tx

Grandchildren: Joshua Davis and wife Robin, Anthony DeHoyos and wife Josephine, Shawnae and Curtis Cleveland, Lauren Foster and Armando Monrreal

Great Grandchildren: Aleena Foster, Ariella Monrreal, Jackson Davis, Lilly Davis, Andrew Davis, Rosie Davis, and Trevor Davis.

Several nieces and nephews.
