Vertia Mae Starr, 64, of Cisco passed from this life November 5, 2020 at her home in Cisco. Vertia was born August 8, 1956 in Odessa, Texas the daughter of Stanley Benjamin and Vertia Juanita (Ingram) Honea. She had lived and worked in Cisco for much of her adult life. Following her wishes she will be cremated and will be honored at a family gathering at a later date.

Survivors include her children; Vickay Wilson of Abilene, Michael Dan Power and wife Barbara of Cisco, Alan Bradley Starr of Abilene, Amber Lashay Davis of Abilene, a brother Sonny Burge of Arizona, 8 grandchildren and 2 Great grandchildren.
