Warren Don Carlile passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at the age of 61. He was born March 20, 1959 to Dale and Twila Pigg Carlile in Cisco, TX. Warren is survived by Penny Pogrant (fiancé), poppa to Viktoria Sisk, mother Twila Carlile Lee (husband M.D.) brother Wayne Carlile (wife Diane), Sister Dana Carlile Lewis (husband Lee), niece Stefanni Carlile, Nephews Brandon Carlile, Logan Lewis and Cord Lewis. Warren was preceded in death by his father Dale Carlile and brother Michael Carlile.
Raised on the family farm south of Cisco, he loved being outdoors. As he grew up he attended school in Cisco, participating in athletics, band 4H and FFA and was a member of the Class of 1977. He raised animals and spent time tearing apart and rebuilding almost anything mechanical. He worked over 40 years at Lee’s Truck Service as their diesel mechanic where people came from all around to have him do work on their equipment. Warren was a very generous man, helping most anyone when they needed a hand. Warren enjoyed taking trips all across the country but especially loved weekend trips to Oklahoma and Louisiana most of those, only being interrupted in the fall when he would stop whatever was taking place to be sure to listen and see how the Loboes were doing on Friday night.
Graveside Services for Warren will be held at 10 AM Tuesday at Oakwood Cemetery. Family and Friends will gather Monday evening from 5 until 7 PM at Kimbrough Funeral Home in Cisco. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Lake Cisco Christian Camp in Warren’s memory. P.O. Box 629 Cisco, TX 76437
